FAQ's

What is a one-size garment? Due to the unique way that Jolaby design & cut their garments many styles across the ranges are a one-size, these garments fit a UK size 8-14 comfortably, and in some cases also fit up to a UK size 16. Please contact us if you would like to know more information on the fit of a specific garment, we are happy to help and advise.

What sizes do you cater for? One-size garments fit a UK size 8-14 comfortably, and in some cases also fit up to a UK size 16. Our standard sizes are UK XS/8  S/10  M/12  L/14  XL/16.

How do I style my garment? The styling of a Jolaby dress is key especially in the one-size ranges. If your having trouble styling your dress please check out our video fitting guides here. We are phone friendly too so please don't hesitate to contact us via phone. 

How do I return my order? Please see our returns page here.

I have a returns form, but no Free Returns label? Our Free Returns labels are issued by email after you have notified us that you wish to return your order. Simply contact us by phone 01484 928000 or contact us here. Please state your order number and we will ensure your returns label is sent to you by email within 24 hours. Please see our full returns policy here

No returns form? We're so sorry this wasn't within your order. If you have not received your yellow returns form please contact our Customer Service team here. Please state your order number and we will ensure your returns form is sent to you by email without delay.

How does free UK returns work? If your delivery address is within the UK you are applicable for our free returns, simply contact us to notify us that you wish to return an item. A free returns label will be sent to you via email, along with a list of your local drop-off points. Simply attach the label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your local point. We do advise you obtain proof of sending. Our full returns policy can be found here.  

Problems logging in? If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log into your account please click on the Forgotten Password link on the Login page. Do I have to be home to take receipt of my parcel? Yes, a signature is required to take receipt of your parcel. If you wish to make a change to your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us here to discuss your requirements. 

The courier left a calling card, what do I do? Follow the instructions as per the calling card, contacting the delivery company directly with ensure a swifter delivery process.
