Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unwanted item(s) for a refund or exchange (subject to availability) Please notify us in writing or by telephone (see STEP 1 below) within 7 days of receipt of your goods and ensure your return reaches us within 14 days.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

In the event of a refund you will be refunded the cost of your unwanted item(s) excluding outbound and inbound delivery costs. International returns must be clearly marked *RETURN* as Jolaby LTD we will not be liable for any duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package. "Embellished Items" may over time lose crystals & studs and this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed faulty because of their delicate nature and we are unable to accept such items back if crystals or studs are lost. "Leather Items and Leather Details" may fade over time and appear distressed or worn this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed as faulty. "Silk Items" may vary due to being a natural fabric and this is deemed as not faulty.

Want to return an item? Follow these steps:

STEP 1

If you wish to return an item(s) please notify Jolaby by email within 7 days of receipt of your goods at customercare@jolaby.co.uk please advise us of your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 

STEP 2

Ensure your returns reach Jolaby LTD within 14 days of receipt of your order. Package up the item(s) you wish to return, and complete the yellow returns form received with your delivery and include the authorisation code received in Step 1. UK customers have the option to return items free of charge via a local drop off point, simply contact customercare@jolaby.co.uk and request a returns label. You will also be sent details of your local drop off point options.

Jolaby LTD is not responsible for returned item(s) until it is signed for upon arrival. Returns can be sent via other methods, Jolaby LTD is not responsible for the costs incurred in returning and we strongly advise you obtain proof of sending.

STEP 3 

Goods will be thoroughly inspected on return:

Clothing must be returned with all swing tickets & security labels attached in an un-worn condition. Returns will not be accepted if there is signs of wear, washing, make-up, odour, deodorant, perfume or tanning products. Therefore please take care when trying items on. 

Footwear must be returned in its original box with no marks to the soles.

We do not accept returns on earrings & swimwear for hygiene reasons. 

Jolaby is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Jolaby aims to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be returned to you immediately. 

STEP 4

After inspection refunds or replacements will be carried out as per your request within 2 working days of receiving your item(s). Please consider refunds may take between 2-10 working days to show back in your account depending on your card issuer, this is outside of the control of Jolaby LTD. Jolaby LTD is not responsible for any item(s) whilst in transit.
