Paypal is the safest and easiest way to pay and get paid online. The service allows everyone to pay in anyway they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buying credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
Amazon Payments is a service that provides you with the ability to send payments for goods and services by using the payment methods already associated with your Amazon.com account. To make a payment you can use a credit card, debit card, bank account or Amazon Payment Account balance.
PRICE & PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit card & debit cards, including American Express. We do not accept cash or cheques and we do not offer any credit accounts. All Credit / Debit Card Transactions are processed with secure a online payment provider and SSL Certification. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Further information for overseas customers The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
Credits notes are time bound and must be used within 12 months of issue. Any returned orders that were purchased using a credit note will be credited back in the event the good(s) are unsuitable. If the order value exceeded the credit note value you will be refunded the difference.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Any discount code offered is only valid at time of issue and can not be back dated to any previous orders. In the event you return goods for an exchange after using a discount code, the discount code and not be used again against the exchanged goods.

However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.conversion for further information.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before completing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
1. The product ordered being unavailable from stock
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
3. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
4.If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
When receiving a refund on a returned item the refund will be given on the purchase less the delivery charge.
Jolaby LTD is responsible for your goods until they are signed for at the delivery address. In the event your goods are delayed in the delivery process longer than 48 hours a full investigation will be carried out by Jolaby. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until the full investigation has been carried out. On rare occasions goods may be held in transit refunds will not be processed until goods are located and returned to Jolaby LTD.
In the event a re-delivery is unsuccessful the goods will be returned to Jolaby and a repeat delivery charge will be required in order to re-despatch your order.
Should you request the despatch of goods via your own arranged delivery service. The responsibility of the goods is no longer Jolaby Ltd once goods are collected.
In the event goods are lost in transit or not delivered in the required time frame we will not offer any compensation.
International Customs and Imports
We ship all orders outside of the UK & Europe DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value added Tax.)
Customers outside of the UK will be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, products restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order. In the event these costs as detailed above are not paid and this results in the goods being returned to Jolaby LTD these costs will be deducted from any refunds to be processed.
We welcome international orders, please be advised we are unable to ship/deliver to an address which is different to the cardholders address.
If returning an item from a non EU country please ensure you clearly mark your package *RETURNS* or Jolaby LTD may be charged duty/tax into the UK. In the event that this should happen the cost of duty/tax paid by Jolaby LTD would be deducted from your refund. Jolaby LTD may also refuse to accept the item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the event of a refund you will be refunded the cost of your unwanted item(s) excluding outbound and inbound delivery costs.
If your goods are returned and you require an alternative size of the same garment we will happily deliver the good(s) to you with no additional delivery charge. In the event you require an exchange for alternative good(s) then a repeat delivery charge will be incurred.
Clothing must be returned with all swing tickets & security labels attached in an un-worn condition. Returns will not be accepted if there is signs of wear, washing, make-up, odour, deodorant, perfume or tanning products. Therefore please take care when trying items on.
Footwear must be returned in its original box with no marks to the soles.
We do not accept returns on earrings & swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Jolaby is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Jolaby aims to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be returned to you immediately.
All products on this website are subject to availability. In the event a product is not available you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Occasionally delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed on the rare occasion this may happen we will make every effort to keep you as informed as possible and discuss revised delivery time-scales with you.
Jolaby strongly advises that all product care guidance is followed, returns will not be accepted for products that have been mistreated or product care guidance has not been followed.

If you believe your item to be faulty after purchase it has to be returned to Jolaby Ltd to establish the fault. On all Jolaby Ltd own brand products this may take up to 14 days to resolve. Guest brand products please allow up to 28 days.
Should we make a human error and an incorrect item is despatched all return costs will be reimbursed. We would not offer any compensation.
Jolaby LTD always aim to provide the highest level of customer service. If you feel we have not met that aim, please contact us. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible but always within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with as fairly and as quickly as possible. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive weekly updates on the progress.
